Ladies and Gentlemen....I'm back

OK so life got in the way. Since my last post, I finished grad school, went traveling for two glorious months, and started a new job - all very exciting stuff - but crafting just fell by the wayside.

Not too fret - I am back with a vengeance, and have tonnes of project plans to keep me busy well into the rainy months. This first little project I wanted to share is all about re-using awesome stuff. During wedding prep last year, I came across the most charming gentlemen images a girl could as for. I mean, these gents were DAPPER!

With the nimble and agile fingers of dear friends - these guys were cut out adhered to shipping tags, and then the names of the male guests at the wedding were stamped onto the tags, and subsequent table numbers were stamped on the back -creating a seating chart. I also was able to find some matching lady images on etsy and completed the same process, including a handful of paper cuts for the gal guests at the wedding.

Recently, I had a few cards to make for friends and family, and these little guys and girls came in handy again. Just goes to show when you like something a lot - you will find multiple uses for them.

Next up - thinking about image transferring these guys onto a tote bag, or scarf. Will keep you posted on the developments.
